Throwback Thursday

A when she was around 6-7 months old with her baby lotion "swoop" and pigtails. Yes, this is when I was clueless and thought it was ok to put a lot of baby lotion in her hair.

    Aww, at least you weren't using baby oil...I know a mom that uses baby oil on her daughter's hair to this DAY & she's 10!!

    She was a cutie then & look how far you have come w/ her styling!

    Awww those little ponytails are sooo cute, I put baby lotion and pink oil moisturizer on my kids hair, Two big no no's

    Cute! I've never heard of using lotion in a baby's hair - why/what was the purpose of that?? (I'm glad to know now that I shouldn't do it :) But what was the rationale behind it at the time?)

    I have to agree, I LOVE Throwback Thursdays!

    Actually I never used it, but I've recently started seeing grown women using lotion in the hair on the hair boards. Apparently it's a decent moisturizer. I don't think that will work for mine nor my daughter's hair, lol. Anyhow, I'm guilty of using the baby oil on my daughter when she was a baby...hmmm, and wondered why her hair got so dry, haha. Beautiful baby picture.

    i used to use baby oil get on my daughters when they were younger, alot of people told me it was the safest thing to use on them so young!!
