Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

I know, I know. This is overdue. What are the chances that my computer crashes AND my usb cord to my camera gets broken? Yep. Can you believe that? Hopefully we should really be back up and running within a week.

Although I'm late I still wanted to wish those of you who celebrate a very Merry Christmas or Happy Holiday! ;) I would love to see some Christmas pictures. Hair pics, professional pics or just Christmas morning pics, whatever you want to share. Feel free to send them in to beadsbraidsbeyond@yahoo.com so I can get them posted up on the blog.

So I'm sure most of you have made some New Years resolutions, what are they? What steps are you taking to reach your goals?

As for me, well, I joined a gym! Woohoo. I think I'm going to start P90X back up soon as well.

Ok, onto the kiddos and their hair. How did your little ones wear their hair for Christmas?

Both of mine wore their hair all out but for their Christmas pictures I did a little something. Read below for details.



Lil Man's hair: Spritzed with water and added some Curls Whipped Cream. Easy peasy!



A's hair: The night before I washed and detangled her hair. After washing I added Bee Mine Luscious Moisturizer then parted the top section of her hair from ear to ear. I tied the rest of her hair back and made a side part in that top section. I added Kinky Curly Curling Custard to smooth the front section down then I took both sides and tied it in the back with an ouchless ponytail holder. I did a quick two strand twist with the hair in the ponytail holder then I just started doing two strand twists all over using Bee Mine Curly Butter. In the morning I took her twists down, retouched the front with a little water and Kinky Curly Curling Custard and she was good to go!
