Those Denman's are for detangling and are for thick, curly hair. The bristles are more spaced like the "modified Denman." I think the D3 was made for straight hairstyling but could work depending on your curls.smaxwellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13009853972977639220noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7401110087633857998.post-53220968980442242032010-04-26T16:56:26.423-04:002010-04-26T16:56:26.423-04:00Ok...maybe I'm clueless or missing something, ...Ok...maybe I'm clueless or missing something, but what is the modified denman...are you just taking a row of teeth out or something?

SN: I love my Denman brush SO much. Especially when doing my daughters' hair b/c of the removal of lint & dirt, & they don't cry at ALL when I'm detangling with it. Not an 'Ouch Mommy' or nothing. Plus their girls are extra juicy when I use it on theirs & my own hairNicholle C.https://www.blogger.com/profile/18199310189239123054noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7401110087633857998.post-53864389283560968172010-04-19T18:15:46.355-04:002010-04-19T18:15:46.355-04:00I tried it today on my daughter's thick, curly...I tried it today on my daughter's thick, curly hair.
